James joined Bayleys in 2006 after working in the Insurance/Investment industry for three years.

James quickly developed a strong market presence in the Penrose/Onehunga and Mt Wellington region, evident by a number of successfully negotiated sales and leasing transactions.

James has firmly established himself as one of South Auckland's top industrial brokers, having developed a number of excellent relationships across the board from smaller mum and dad investors to large multinationals.
